A ball valve for high temperatures is used as a shut-off device on pipelines transporting liquid and gaseous fluid at temperatures up to plus 400 °C. As well as aggressive fluids and fluid with a high content of mechanical impurities (with particle sizes up to 5 mm and hardness up to 7 on the Moss scale).

DESIGN FEATURES

  1. The split valve body design increases, primarily, its maintainability. Thus, it allows for the possibility of replacing the sealing elements.
  2. The full bore of the ball valves provides the ability to pass cleaning and diagnostic devices through it.
  3. The ball valve plug is fixed in the supports. The valve has rotation limiters, which clearly fix the position of the valve plug. This occurs relative to the pipeline axis in the “open” and “closed” positions.
  4. The working surfaces of the plug and seats are coated with a wear-resistant, high-hardness coating.
TIGHTNESS The valve tightness class is “A” according to GOST9544-93. Metal-to-metal seating seats are in constant contact with the plug. They provide indicators of tightness according to class “A” both at the inlet and at the outlet of the valve. The sealing of the valve plug is primarily based on the principle of self-sealing of the seats due to the force from the pressure of the transported fluid. As a result, the tightness of the valve is ensured by pressing the outlet seat in case of a leakage of the inlet seat
CLIMATE VERSION – «У» (ambient temperature – from minus 45 to plus 50 °);
– “ХЛ” (ambient temperature – from minus 60 to plus 45 ° C).

Materials of main parts.
